I have read Professor Renwick case to supporting the above. 

I do not agree with his paper as no evidence is described to the reasoning for this increase. What , why, how are you going to pay for it and why are they needed?

You have wasted millions of tax payers money, returned money to Westminster,  are now requesting to transfer budgets , blaming Westminster for the struggle in surgeries, denying Wales a Citizen Assembly to have a say and challenge what you are dictating to our country. 

I disagree on increasing assembly members as you are failing as a government. 

You are not helping our communities and country.
